Stefano Baldini
Founder & Director · Milan, Italy
For years Stefano worked in television production — including for Fremantle and Endemol Shine, two of the biggest names in the industry. Going freelance, he directed and created for brands such as Heineken, Ariston, Geiko and PLT Energia. Black Magic Entertainment is the studio he founded to do it his own way — the same broadcast-grade craft, now fused with an AI pipeline. A director's eye on every frame, at a speed a traditional production simply can't match.
